Laws that could get a tourist arrested

• ☐ Zero tolerance drink-driving — Estonia enforces strict zero tolerance drink-driving laws. You must have absolutely no alcohol in your system when operating a vehicle.
• ☐ Mandatory vehicle equipment — Drivers are legally required to use headlights at all times and all passengers must wear seat belts.
• ☐ Pedestrian reflector requirement — Pedestrians must wear small reflectors on their clothing or bags. Failure to do so can result in a fine, which increases if the pedestrian is under the influence of alcohol.
