Entry requirements

☐ Visitors to Saint Lucia must obtain a visa unless they are citizens from one of the visa-exempt countries or citizens that can obtain a visa on arrival.

• ☐ Money: The currency of the country is the East Caribbean dollar, denoted by the symbol: "$" or "EC$" (ISO currency code: XCD), which is also used by seven other island nations in the Caribbean. The EC dollar is subdivided into 100 cents. It is pegged to the United States dollar at an exchange rate of US$1 = EC$2.70.

Laws that could get a tourist arrested

• ☐ Camouflage clothing ban — Wearing camouflage or military-style clothing is illegal for civilians. This ban includes luggage, which will be confiscated at the airport.
• ☐ Same-sex sexual activity — Sexual acts between men are illegal and punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
