Entry requirements

☐ Visitors to the Solomon Islands must obtain a visa unless they are citizens of one of the visa-exempt countries or citizens eligible for a free visitor permit on arrival.

• ☐ Money: The currency of the country is the Solomon Islands dollar, denoted by the symbol "SI$" (ISO currency code: SBD). The currency is divided into 100 cents. Banknotes are issued in denominations of $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100, and coins issued in denominations of 10, 20 and 50 cents, $1 and $2, with only the 5 cent coin being absent.
